In this role, she oversees employee relations, performance management, leaves, and recruitment. Joining ASU in 2021, Vicki brought with her over 30 years of experience in Human Resources and Administration. She is dedicated to creating a positive and efficient work environment that enables her team to thrive and succeed. Vicki is a SHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and has built a reputation as a reliable and resourceful HR leader known for her positive attitude and ability to inspire others.
