Professor of Practice David Jarvis:
Experience: Over 35 years of multi-industry CIO experience across a wide range of diverse businesses while living in Europe, SE Asia and North America.
Early in my career, my concentration was in software development and business relationship management. As my career progressed, I migrated to leadership roles managing technology organizations, developing strategy and focusing on organizational development.
I have served on the Executive Advisory Board of the Information Technology Department of the W. P. Carey Graduate School of Business for over 10 years and was on the advisory board for SAP and an angel investor for a software startup.
Personal: My wife and I have been married for 40 years, and we have two daughters. I enjoy time with my family, good wine, hiking, golf, scuba diving, fast cars and travel.
