Long Bio
Jean Toner is a master instructor for the online MSW Program. She formerly was an associate professor in the Department of Sociology, Anthropology, and Social Work at Central Michigan University. Prior to her positions in higher education, she practiced in communities and agencies in clinical and administrative positions. She has written many grants as a practitioner, and has implemented numerous programs. She has worked as a program evaluator and strategic planning facilitator, employing evaluated cross-cultural methods. Her doctorate in social work was earned at Arizona State University.
