I have spent the past decade working in higher education, where I oversee and coordinate a large, districtwide web presence for a community college system. In this role, I lead front-end web strategy and user experience efforts across hundreds of academic and administrative websites, partnering with faculty, staff, and senior leadership to improve clarity, accessibility, and alignment with institutional priorities. A significant component of my work involves leading ADA accessibility initiatives, supporting teams through compliance and implementation efforts, and developing sustainable website governance processes.
In addition to my work in higher education, I have held leadership roles in marketing and communications within transportation and public-sector consulting and have operated my own small business. Across environments, my work focuses on systems design, change leadership, and effective communication.
