Long Bio
Dr. Anna Haywood is an interdisciplinary engineer and educator whose career bridges mechanical engineering, electrical systems, machine learning, and quantum computing. With over two decades of instructional experience across universities and community colleges, she designs collaborative, inclusive, and hands‑on learning experiences that integrate computation, data-driven methods, and real‑world engineering applications. She has also contributed work to SBIR grants and research publications. Her recent work includes developing Machine Learning and Quantum Machine Learning workshops for professional development and life sciences applications. Her hobbies include music, dancing, writing, and outdoor activities :)
