Kaley Bontrager is the Sr. Project Manager for Principled Innovation® & Social Embeddedness in the Office of University Affairs at Arizona State University. In this role, she supports initiatives and strategic endeavors that advance Principled Innovation® and Social Embeddedness across the university and broader community. Her work includes coordinating projects, managing events and engagement efforts, and supporting collaborations that strengthen institutional impact and community connection.
Prior to joining the Office of University Affairs, Kaley worked in the Mary Lou Fulton College for Teaching and Learning Innovation, where she supported Principled Innovation® initiatives and related programming.
Her areas of expertise include project coordination, event planning and calendar management, with a focus on fostering organizational effectiveness, collaborative partnerships and meaningful engagement experiences.
Kaley holds a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Education with a minor in Agribusiness Management from Purdue University.
