Richard Gilmour is a Compliance Specialist within the Office of Research Integrity and Assurance (ORIA). ORIA works within the ASU community to assist researchers comply with federal, state and local regulations. Richard has a legal background with significiant experience interpreting state and federal statutes, local municipal ordinances, and case law in Justice, Superior and Federal District Courts in the State of Arizona.
As a Compliance Specialist, Richard assists researchers conducting human subject research comply with federal, state and local regulations and guidelines governing their research.
