As project manager, efficiency champion, and business optimist, I work with and for clients to optimize ASU’s processes, review software options, and explore business challenges. This work provides me the opportunity to gain insights into other ASU departments, positions, and processes while meeting ASU's awesome workforce.
As part of the Organizational Performance Office (OPO) team, we focus on creating or enhancing a department’s strategic plan, playbook, and/or standard work, conducting deep dives into processes and software, conducting trainings, assisting staff in building professional networks, and collecting/analyzing data which enables us to provide leadership with recommendations for consideration. Using Six Sigma and other tools, we may determine departmental needs to support growth, address high turnover, refocus goals and objectives for a department to align with ASU’s overarching goals for maximum efficiency, eliminate or reduce waste in processes, etc.
In my position, I have the privilege to work with a great team while incorporating my skills and experience gained throughout my career. In essence, our focus is to enhance organizational performance and efficiency within ASU. For that reason, I absolutely love what I do!
I am convinced that the stork who delivered me was directionally challenged because I love the west coast! Phoenix feels like home.
