Zhu, Huaixin, Ph.D. and professor of School of Education, Zhejiang University, Deputy Dean of Institute of Adult Education. In 2022, appointed by Arizona State University as a faculty member for the  courses of Master Program of Educational Leadership.

The main researching fields are comparative education, British education, teacher education, environmental education, science education, and continuing education, etc..

Up to now, 9 academic books and near 100 academic papers have been published. Most of the papers are published in the top class journals in China, and some are published in foreign journals. Having been in charge of more than 10 researching projects entrusted by national and provincial governments, educational institutions and enterprises. Having won several academic Prizes awarded by Ministry of Education and Zhejiang provincial governments.

Working as a visiting academic in King's College London from 1999 to 2000, a senior visiting academic in University of Kassel, Germany from 2003 to 2004. Having been invited to make academic visit and exchange by the universities and academic institutions in Portugal, Germany, Austria, Sweden, Korea, Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, etc..
