Katsiaryna Siamionava

Dr. Siamionava’s research explores how organizations strategically adopt, govern, and scale AI and robotics to transform customer experiences and organizational performance. Combining experiments with large-scale industry and platform data, she generates rigorous, actionable insights at the intersection of technology, behavior, and strategy.

Her work spans four dynamic streams: (1) human–AI interaction and chatbot conversational design, (2) service robot adoption and interface innovation in customer-facing environments, (3) AI-driven evaluation and decision-making in online labor markets, and (4) cross-functional collaboration between IT and business teams in digital transformation initiatives. Across these domains, she examines how intelligent systems reshape behavior, performance, fairness perceptions, and technology acceptance.

Through active collaboration with AI and robotics startups, her research bridges theory and practice and contributes to the responsible and effective deployment of emerging technologies. Her work has been published in leading academic journals, including Production and Operations Management, Administrative Sciences, International Journal of Hospitality Management.
