Pascal Nitiema is an assistant professor in the Department of Information Systems at W. P. Carey School of Business. His research interests are in medical informatics, the use of information systems for disease and syndromic surveillance, and the psychological impact of the use of information technology and communication devices (e.g., technostress, techno-addiction). He earned his Doctorate in Medicine from the University of Ouagadougou in Burkina Faso, and his PhD in Management Information Systems from the University of Oklahoma.
