Passion Moore is a Senior Proposal Manager in the Global Security Initiative (GSI), Arizona State University (ASU)'s hub for global security research. The Global Security Initiative's current research priorities include cybersecurity, human, artificial intelligence and robot teaming, narrative, disinformation and strategic influence, visualization and analytics and STEM education for national security. In her role in GSI, Passion manages complex, multi-million dollar proposals, analyzes funding opportunities related to global security research, coordinates with internal units and external entities to ensure compliance and organizes and conducts red team reviews.
Before joining ASU, Passion worked at the Indiana University School of Medicine for over 14 years in various research capacities. She was pre-law at Indiana University and received an undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice and Gender Studies. Passion is certified through the Association of Proposal Management Professionals and has been Shipley trained.
