Alejandra Estrin Dashe, PhD is a Senior Instructional Designer and digital accessibility strategist. She specializes in instructional design, digital accessibility governance, and scalable STEM education, designing inclusive digital learning experiences that expand access to higher education. Dr. Dashe chairs the Digital Accessibility Liaisons network, a campus-wide community coordinating accessibility practices across academic and administrative units.
Prior to joining ASU, Dr. Dashe held faculty and leadership roles across multiple universities, including serving as an associate professor, department chair, and faculty development leader. Throughout her career she has advanced inclusive teaching practices, Universal Design for Learning (UDL), and digital accessibility in higher education.
