Alejandra Estrin Dashe, PhD, is an Instructional Designer, Sr., and digital accessibility strategist at Arizona State University, where she also serves as a subject matter expert in digital accessibility. She specializes in instructional design, digital accessibility governance, and scalable inclusive digital learning experiences that expand access to higher education and workforce training. Dr. Dashe chairs the Digital Accessibility Liaisons network, a campus-wide community coordinating accessibility practices across academic and administrative units.
Prior to joining ASU, Dr. Dashe held faculty and leadership roles across multiple universities, including serving as an associate professor, department chair, and faculty development leader. Throughout her career, she has advanced initiatives focused on inclusive excellence, inclusive teaching practices, Universal Design for Learning (UDL), and digital accessibility in higher education through faculty mentoring, curriculum design, and large-scale online learning initiatives.
