Erica Day has worked in higher education since 2009 and currently serves as the associate director for the full-time MBA program in the W. P. Carey School of Business. Erica has mentored and supported domestic and international students, and she is passionate about student success in and out of the classroom. She has taught English to international students in ASU's intensive English program and to Chinese students at two universities in northeast China, where she lived from 2010-2017. Erica is proficient in Mandarin Chinese, and this, coupled with her cultural awareness and personal experience living cross-culturally, places her in a unique position to support the diverse ASU student population.
When she's not at work, you can find Erica being involved at her church, practicing her Chinese, making plans for travels, or cheering on the Diamondbacks.
