Bob Mulhern is currently the senior managing director of Colliers International in greater Phoenix, a full-service commercial real estate firm. He is a past recipient of the Phoenix Business Journal’s Most Admired Business Leaders award and a member of Sun Devil 100 Classes 2020-2022. Ranking Arizona recently named Colliers’ 100-person Arizona operation as The Best Place to Work in Commercial Real Estate.
Mulhern grew up in Tempe, attended ASU as a Leadership Scholar and was elected a student body officer. He was named ASU’s Man of the Year in 1981. He has held a number of leadership positions in commercial real estate in Arizona and California.
In 2002, Mulhern co-founded GreatHearts Arizona, a charter school management organization that now serves more than 14,000 K-12 students in 22 greater Phoenix academies. He serves as the president of the GreatHearts Arizona School Governing Board, and as the chairman of the Diocese of Phoenix Finance Council.
