Rebecca Cullumber is an Administrative Specialist within Corporate Engagement and Strategic Partnerships (CESP) at Arizona State University, where she plays a central role in coordinating high-impact programs that strengthen collaboration between the university and its health and corporate partners. Her work advances initiatives that reflect the ASU Charter’s commitment to inclusivity, community impact, and the economic and social well-being of the populations the university serves.
At ASU, Rebecca serves as the project lead for Giants Among Us, one of the unit’s largest and most visible annual signature events. In this capacity, she oversees all program components—from speaker engagement and logistical planning to cross-unit coordination and process development—ensuring a seamless and meaningful experience for participants and attendees. Alongside this work, she manages operational planning and stakeholder engagement for additional partnership initiatives, preparing executive-level briefings, coordinating high-priority meetings, supporting complex workflows, and anticipating stakeholder needs.
Her involvement in Staff Council and the Inclusive Excellence Work Group further reflects her commitment to contributing to institutional priorities and fostering a culture of equity and belonging across the university.
Prior to joining ASU, Rebecca held roles in corporate receivables, IT recruiting, and operational support, where she developed foundational skills in communication, client service, process improvement, and team coordination. These experiences shaped her holistic understanding of organizational operations and continue to inform her approach to university partnerships and program execution.
Rebecca holds a bachelor’s degree from Northern Arizona University in Strategic Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations and a minor in Spanish. She is CAPM-certified and is actively deepening her project management expertise to support continued growth within ASU’s evolving partnership initiatives.
