Long Bio
Natalie serves as a bridge between community stakeholders and the design and development of immersive, data-driven decision-support tools. Her work sits at the intersection of community engagement, human-centered design, human behavior, and decision science. She designs and leads structured decision-making conversations and synthesizes participant feedback into actionable design direction for tool development teams. Natalie is interested in how individuals and groups perceive complex problems, make decisions, and translate information into action. Her research explores the application of psychological theories of individual and group decision-making within the context of complexity science to help communities take actionable steps toward meaningful change.
