When I'm not engaged in my studies, I dedicate my time to ensuring airspace safety and operational excellence as an Air Traffic Controller in the US Air Force. Alongside these responsibilities, I lead the Professional Development Program, nurturing talent and fostering growth among colleagues. Additionally, I serve as the Public Affairs Leader for a sergeants' program, amplifying its impact through strategic communication.
My strengths encompass leadership, meticulous attention to detail, and a talent for cultivating collaboration. Excelling in high-pressure situations underscores my proficiency as an air traffic controller and military leader. Staying updated through continuous education keeps me abreast of our field's latest advancements.
Beyond my military roles, I am deeply committed to tutoring future military members for the ASVAB, ensuring they excel in their pursuits. I indulge in reading classic literature, a passion that fuels my intellectual curiosity. Moreover, I am dedicated to learning French, embracing new languages as a means of cultural understanding.
Additionally, I spend time reading to children and teens in our local community, collaborating with local libraries to enhance the diversity of books and content available to young readers. This involvement allows me to contribute positively to their educational journey and supports the community in embracing inclusivity and diversity.
