She is pursuing a double major in Innovation in Society and Public Service and Public Policy, with a minor in Sustainability and a certificate in cross-sector leadership. Originally from Chandler, Arizona, Bella now resides in Tempe, where she is deeply engaged in both her academic and extracurricular pursuits. Bella’s academic pursuits center on the intersection of public policy and technological innovation, with a particular focus on how artificial intelligence can shape governance systems. She is deeply committed to ensuring that these advancements are both sustainable and accessible to all. Beyond her studies, Bella plays an integral role in the College of Global Futures’ leadership program, where she supports incoming students as they navigate the transition to college life. Furthermore, she contributes to the Arizona Climate Action Plan as a research fellow, working on strategies to address climate challenges, and serves as a senate page at the Arizona State Senate, gaining firsthand experience in the legislative process. In her free time, she enjoys darts, cycling, and running. Proud of her Native Hawaiian heritage, she treasures summers spent with family on the island of Oahu. After graduating, she aspires to work in Washington, D.C., drawn by its vibrant policy landscape. She plans to attend law school on the East Coast and eventually hopes to serve on Capitol Hill, where she can make a lasting impact on public service and policy.
