Gregg Klein serves as Executive Director of Enterprise Shared Services within Arizona State University's Enterprise Technology organization. In this role he leads the product-led modernization of core technology services that support the entire university community, overseeing a broad portfolio that includes enterprise collaboration and messaging platforms, service management, web services and engineering, digital accessibility programs, and enterprise software and tools. His focus is on evolving shared services to a proactive, scalable, and outcome-driven organization
Gregg brings over 25 years of experience building and transforming digital product and technology organizations inside complex, matrixed institutions. Most recently he served as VP and Head of MarTech at Prudential Financial, where he modernized the marketing technology platform, drove enterprise AI adoption, and delivered personalized digital experiences across Prudential's client base. Prior to that he served as CPO for PGIM, leading the development of a unified digital platform across all PGIM affiliates, and as Head of Digital Product Management for Prudential's Individual Solutions Group. He previously held senior product and platform leadership roles at Northwestern Mutual, Sparta Systems, Albridge Solutions, and Pershing. He earned an MBA in Finance from Pace University and a BA from the State University of New York at Albany.
