As Senior Director of Partnerships, Strategy & Operations, Kaycee sets vision and direction for the team’s national strategy and business model and leads the day-to-day operations of the Next Education Workforce team. Kaycee oversees the team’s inquiry-to-impact pipeline ensuring meaningful opportunities for school systems across the country to learn about Next Education Workforce models, partner with ASU to implement models in their context, and measure progress and impact of their shared work.
Prior to joining the Next Education Workforce, Kaycee served as vice provost and chief academic compliance officer at the Relay Graduate School Education overseeing authorization and accreditation of Relay’s regional campuses and academic programs. As a faculty member, Kaycee’s teaching and research focused on helping novice educators become outcome-driven, data-literate teachers. Prior to Kaycee’s work in higher education, she spent a decade in K-12 education as a tutor, middle school teacher and teacher coach. Kaycee holds a master of arts in teaching from Pace University and a doctorate in higher education management from the University of Pennsylvania.
