Andrea is a strategic and solutions-driven leader with extensive experience managing high-impact programs and departmental initiatives. Her professional journey began in the non-profit sector, where she worked closely with diverse populations, providing direct services and managing workforce development programs. She later transitioned into program management roles where she successfully led multi-agency collaborations, regulatory compliance efforts and statewide technical support systems.
Currently serving as the Program Manager Senior of Special Projects and Initiatives at the School of Art, Andrea is the driving force behind many of the school’s strategic advancements. She collaborates closely with leadership to plan and implement initiatives that align with the school’s mission and facilitates academic personnel processes. Her role also encompasses managing the front office operations and staff, coordinating high-level communications and planning key events and leadership meetings.
Her background includes arts management and creative leadership, having previously served as a Studio Manager at Pinspiration Phoenix, where she integrated artistic programming with business operations and customer experience strategies. She holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with minors in Art and Human Relations from the University of Iowa. Across all roles, Andrea brings a strong blend of program management, stakeholder engagement and organizational leadership that consistently elevates teams and outcomes.
