As Student Support Specialist, Sr. for the Hugh Downs School of Human Communication (HDSHC), Heather interacts daily with faculty, staff, and students. She works closely with the Director of the Ph.D. program in Communication. She enjoys working with all of the graduate students and does her best to make their time in the program easier.
Heather joined The Hugh Downs School of Human Communication in January 2002. Originally from New York, she earned her Bachelor of Science degree at New York Institute of Technology and her Master of Arts degree from Teachers College, Columbia University.
