Moriah Locklear coordinates operations and knowledge management for the Arizona State University (ASU) Knowledge Enterprise (KE) Research Engagement Office (REO). Headquartered strategically in the nation’s capital, REO plays a pivotal role in advancing ASU’s research priorities, growing federal support, increasing capture activities, and supporting ASU’s role as a thought leader. Locklear supports the Vice President of KE Initiatives in their connections with federal agencies, policy leaders and institutions, and East Coast academic and industry partners.
Locklear manages day-to-day operations of REO and supports the Vice President of KE Initiatives with competitive intelligence in the service of advancing ASU’s research priorities and impact.
Dr. Locklear joined ASU in 2022 from the Potomac Institute for Policy Studies, where she was a Research Fellow.
