Kelly Butler is a results-driven business professional with over seven years of experience leading cross-functional teams, optimizing operations, and executing strategic initiatives. Currently serving as a Project Specialist at Davey Consulting LLC, Kelly specializes in aligning projects with organizational goals, improving operational efficiency, and delivering measurable outcomes in fast-paced environments.
In addition to a strong background in project and program management, Kelly is skilled in stakeholder engagement, contract negotiation, and risk mitigation. As President of The National Society of Leadership and Success chapter at Arizona State University, Kelly leads strategic initiatives that foster member engagement, leadership development, and community partnerships. Known for building high-performing teams and driving continuous improvement, Kelly is passionate about empowering others and creating impactful, sustainable change.
Kelly Butler is a graduate student at Arizona State University pursuing a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership, with a focus on organizational strategy, leadership development, and performance improvement. A summa cum laude graduate of Barrett, The Honors College at ASU, Kelly earned a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership with a 4.08 GPA and completed an honors thesis examining digital communication and public engagement across Arizona municipalities.
Kelly’s academic work emphasizes the practical application of leadership theory, strategic planning, and data-driven decision-making to real-world challenges. In addition to academic excellence, Kelly is actively involved in leadership and community initiatives, including mentoring women pursuing GED certification and educating youth on leadership and personal development.
