Farnoosh Jafarian
I graduated with my second Master's degree in French teaching from the University of Arizona in May 2021. Additionally, I have the Arizona and Virginia teaching certificates. For the past ten years, I have been working as a French teacher at college, elementary and pre-school levels. At the University of Arizona, I was a teaching assistant for two years and I taught French to undergraduate students. I have experience in teaching online courses (FREN102 and 201) via Zoom during the pandemic. In addition to my teaching career, I’ve also translated the book “le petit lapin va à l’école” (The Little Rabbit Goes to School) from French to Persian. The book was published in both French and Persian languages and is popular among children as well as first-year college students who study the French language. My area of interest is teaching language to children and I would like to specialize in teaching languages to children from all over the world.
