Phil Hofmeister is a Michigan native and a graduate of Vicksburg High School (Class of 1993). Following graduation, he proudly enlisted in the United States Air Force, completing basic training at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio, Texas, and technical training at Lowry Air Force Base in Denver, Colorado. He was later stationed at Luke Air Force Base in Arizona and was honorably discharged in 1997.
Phil has made Arizona his home for the past 26 years and currently resides in Chandler. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice Administration (2010) and a Master of Science in General Psychology (2011) from the University of Phoenix. In 2024, he earned a Master of Educational Leadership with an emphasis in Community College and Higher Education from Northern Arizona University.
Phil has been married to his wife, Heather, for 29 years, and together they have two children, Kristin and Connor, along with three cats and a dog. In his spare time, Phil enjoys watching sports, traveling, trying new foods, hiking, and spending time with his family—especially attending concerts and sporting events.
