Dimitri has promoted social development initiatives in Africa, central Asia, and the US, focusing on education and economic empowerment.
Dimitri is the Business Systems Architect for the University Design Institute at ASU. He designs and develops tech solutions for the UDI team to improve processes and reporting across the global portfolio. He was previously with the Edson Entrepreneurship + Innovation Institute to build apps, databases, and reporting for all program activities, from middle school STEM labs to community small-business trainings.
He is CXO and Co-Founder of Capably, a technical support and professional development platform for non-profit leaders. Capably partners with mission-driven consultants to provide direct support and online learning to help scale impact.
Dimitri was the CEO and Co-Founder of Impact Enterprises, the first socially conscious outsourcing company in Zambia. Starting the company from scratch, he helped employ 250+ high school and college graduates and supported a client base of 140+ companies across 4 continents.
Dimitri oversaw programs for the Arouet Foundation in Phoenix, running coaching programs on employment, financial security, and emergency support. He served as a Kiva Fellow in Azerbaijan, working on local micro-lending programs.
Dimitri graduated from NYU’s Stern School of Business with a degree in Finance and International Business.
