I have about eighteen years of experience in consulting, teaching, and administration. I have worked with CEIBS, the Ghana Institute of Management and Professional Administration, and the MasterCard Foundation's Fund for Rural Prosperity. I have attended training seminars on service excellence at CEIBS in Shanghai, IESE in Barcelona, Spain, and INSEAD and HEC in Paris, France.
I have a PhD in Leadership Studies. I devote my professional time to researching and teaching research methods, development issues, and leadership philosophy. I am also passionate about how international students integrate into the Korean educational system. I am a former managing editor for Current Issues in Education and an editorial board member for Multicultural Education Review, and a member of the American Educational Research Association (AERA). I am an examiner for several internationally recognized journals and research institutions.
