Long Bio
As an MS Computer Science student at Arizona State University, I am learning advanced topics in computer architecture, operating systems, algorithms, human-computer interaction, data visualization, and machine learning.
I have nearly two years of experience at Fortune 100 companies, working with Java, Python, C++, Spring Boot, Postgres, Node.js, and other technologies. In my internship at Dell, I smoothened procedural inefficiencies by digitizing data. At Honeywell, I led initiatives to modernize legacy systems, enhance user experiences, and identify cost savings through automation. I delivered projects involving APIs, location-based services, and more as an intern at Honeywell and Reckonsys Tech Labs.
I grew up in Mumbai and completed my B.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering at the Manipal Institute of Technology. Most of the knowledge I have gained has come through self-learning, which is why I am passionate about disseminating information and enabling equal access to resources. I discovered my passion for teaching when I volunteered at the Desert CodeSprouts workshop, where I taught basic web design to middle-school children from underrepresented backgrounds in Computer Science. Currently, I hold two teaching positions at ASU — serving as a Teaching Assistant for Computer Architecture and as a Learning Assistant at the Fulton Schools of Engineering Tutoring Centers.
In my spare time, I like investing, reading, exercising, watching a soccer game, or going on scenic walks.
