Yavel Morris

Yavel Morris is a Career Counselor on the Business administrative information systems at the W. P. Carey School of Business. Yavel partners with undergraduate students in the Business Data Analytics, Computer Information Systems, Undecided, Exploratory, Business Administration as well as the graduate students in the Masters of Business Analytics, Masters of Information System Management, Master of Science in Artificial Intelligence in Business programs. Yavel has a deep commitment to helping students succeed by providing them with the strategies, skills, experiences, and tools they need to achieve their goals.

With a diverse background in higher education, including roles as a professor, area coordinator, academic advisor, and retention coordinator, Yavel has consistently made a positive impact on students' lives. This dedication not only helps students achieve success but also empowers them to surpass their own expectations and stand out professionally. Yavel, also holds a Bachelor of Science in psychology and a Masters in Arts in general psychology from Fayetteville State University.
