Partho Bhoumik received the B.S. degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET), Dhaka, Bangladesh, in 2022, and the M.S. degree in EEE from Arizona State University (ASU), Tempe, AZ, in 2025. He is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree in EEE at the ASU Center for Semiconductor Microelectronics (ACME), supervised by Prof. Krishnendu Chakrabarty. Partho has industry experience as a research intern at TSMC Technology in San Jose, CA. He is a recipient of the Qualcomm Innovation Fellowship (QIF) 2025, collaborating with Qualcomm on testing many-chiplet advanced packages. His research focuses on design-for-testability (DFT) and reliability of advanced semiconductor packaging, with particular emphasis on chiplet-based systems, high-density interconnect testing, and dynamic repair mechanisms for fan-out wafer-level packaging (FOWLP) and hybrid-bonded 3D HI systems.
