I am currently pursuing a PhD at Arizona State University and also serve as a research associate at the SSEBE, and an engineering associate at TSMC Phoenix Fab21. My doctoral research focuses on DL, LLM, and IoT applications in the lifecycle of semiconductor manufacturing facilities or other complex building systems.
Recently, I have been researching intelligence and automation in semiconductor manufacturing facilities, addressing the limited research data issues and the challenges in facility operation and system design in the semiconductor industry. I aim to use intelligent and automated methods to design, operate, and maintain complex buildings and systems, such as semiconductor manufacturing facilities, to improve efficiency and sustainability and reduce the risk of the facility's whole lifecycle.
