Jennifer Echols brings more than 35 years of experience across nearly every level of public education. Her career has included roles as a classroom teacher, instructional coach, school administrator, and district leader, giving her firsthand experience with the opportunities and challenges of leading change from the classroom to the central office.
Over the past decade, Jennifer has focused on helping school systems design and implement large-scale instructional and organizational improvements. She has led initiatives in personalized learning, team-based staffing, instructional leadership, and college and career readiness, including serving as a key district leader in Mesa Public Schools' partnership with Arizona State University's Next Education Workforce initiative.
Jennifer's work centers on helping educators translate ambitious ideas into coherent systems that improve teaching and learning. She believes lasting transformation depends on aligning vision, organizational structures, professional learning, and instructional practice so that innovation becomes sustainable. She holds degrees from Arizona State University and Northern Arizona University.
