Dr. Jihye Jung is an Assistant Professor at the Hainan University-Arizona State University International College (HAIC). Before joining HAIC, Jung was a faculty member of the School of Public Affairs and Administration at Rutgers University–Newark. Her research agenda focuses on the role of public service organizations in creating and delivering public values with a particular emphasis on accountability and equity under the complex, networked governance model. Her research has been published in journals such as American Review of Public Administration, Nonprofit Management and Leadership, Voluntas: International Journal of Voluntary and Nonprofit Organizations, Public Administration Quarterly, and Journal of Philanthropy and Marketing. She received her PhD in Public Affairs from the University of Colorado Denver.
