As the Associate Director of Professional Programs and Workforce Development with Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering, Brittany supports industry, government, education, and community partners with building and deploying professional programs to expand and develop their workforce. This includes supporting the Global Outreach and Extended Education office's initiatives in the US and abroad.
Brittany serves on the Maricopa County Workforce Development Board (MCWDB) as well as the MCWDB Youth Committee. Brittany has been recognized by the AZ Capital Times as both a 40 under 40 Honoree and a 2021 Breakdown Breakout recipient.
Prior to joining ASU, Brittany was the Vice President of ElevateEdAZ at the Greater Phoenix Chamber Foundation, where she led the development and scale of a strategic education initiative to connect local high schools with industry support. Brittany also led the Foundation's Financial Services Workforce Collaborative. Additionally, Brittany collaborated with the US Chamber of Commerce Foundation to provide Arizona workforce development professionals with the Talent Pipeline Management (TPM) Academy, emphasizing an employer and data-driven approach to workforce development.
Brittany began her career in housing and human services, most recently managing a multi-faceted service center in the Greater Seattle area to provide food, financial assistance, employment support, and case management services to families seeking support. She spent four years as a case manager working with families experiencing homelessness and served two years in the Jesuit Volunteer Corps Northwest at the American Red Cross of Alaska in Anchorage, AK, and Supportive Housing and Innovative Partnerships (SHIP) in Boise, ID.
Brittany played Division 1 Women's Soccer at Louisiana Tech University.
