Her expertise spans executive support, strategic planning, and organizational management, with a proven track record of facilitating high-level initiatives across multiple ASU institutions.

Prior to her current role, Stefanie served as Program Coordinator at EdPlus, where she orchestrated VIP visits for Dreamscape Learn and worked closely with the President's Office to ensure seamless execution of high-profile events. Her tenure at ASU's Biodesign Institute as Administrative Operations Supervisor showcased her leadership abilities, where she managed a growing team of administrative professionals while providing direct support to distinguished faculty, including Nobel Laureate Dr. Lee Hartwell.

Stefanie's experience extends beyond academic institutions, including over a decade at the Arizona Department of Transportation, where she developed valuable skills in investigation and compliance.
