In her current role within the Office of the Executive Vice Provost, Stefanie provides high-level administrative and operational support, managing complex executive calendars, coordinating confidential communications, and serving as a trusted liaison between academic leadership, colleges, and administrative units. She supports executive decision-making through meticulous preparation of briefings, meeting logistics, action-item tracking, and follow-through on institution-wide initiatives, contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of university leadership.
Previously, Stefanie served as Senior Coordinator for Engagement at ASU’s Rob and Melani Walton Sustainability Solutions Service, where she supported executive leadership and coordinated strategic initiatives advancing ASU’s sustainability mission. In this role, she worked across multiple ASU institutions to manage critical administrative functions, facilitate stakeholder engagement, and support high-impact programs and partnerships.
Prior to joining the Walton Sustainability Solutions Service, Stefanie was a Program Coordinator at EdPlus, where she orchestrated VIP visits for Dreamscape Learn and collaborated closely with the President’s Office to ensure the seamless execution of high-profile events. Her earlier tenure at ASU’s Biodesign Institute as Administrative Operations Supervisor highlighted her leadership capabilities, as she managed a growing team of administrative professionals while providing direct support to distinguished faculty, including Nobel Laureate Dr. Lee Hartwell.
Stefanie’s professional background also includes over a decade with the Arizona Department of Transportation, where she developed strong expertise in investigation, compliance, and operational accountability. This diverse experience equips her with a unique perspective on organizational complexity, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration.
Across all roles, Stefanie is known for her professionalism, discretion, and solutions-oriented approach. Her ability to anticipate executive needs, navigate complex institutional structures, and build trusted relationships makes her a valued partner to senior leadership and an integral contributor to ASU’s mission.
