Holly Tunison is a graduate student in the Master of Science in User Experience program at Arizona State University's Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering. With a passion for human-centered design, she focuses on exploring the intersection of human behavior, technology, and design through design thinking, research methodologies, and usability testing.
Currently, Holly designs for Bluewebshop, a web design agency, where she creates dynamic websites and digital experiences that prioritize user engagement and satisfaction. Her expertise is underpinned by a UX/UI design bootcamp and a frontend development certification completed in 2021, making her proficient in web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, GIT, and database APIs.
Holly recently interned as a UX/UI Designer with the EPICS program at ASU, where she collaborated with diverse teams to translate complex requirements into actionable design solutions. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Colorado, Denver, and has over four years of experience in web design.
Holly is actively seeking full-time UX design roles, either remote or in person, where she can apply her skills in user-centered design and innovative problem-solving in a collaborative environment. Inspired by her love for the outdoors, including surfing and camping, she integrates these experiences into her design philosophy, creating engaging and intuitive user experiences.
Graduating in summer 2025, Holly is ready to make a significant impact in the field of UX design, driven by her commitment to excellence, innovation, and a deep understanding of user needs.
