Matthew Cowser is a future‑focused marketer and Digital Communications Coordinator dedicated to blending analytics, creativity, and strategic communication to build meaningful, socially conscious brand experiences. A committed storyteller, Matthew has developed a diverse portfolio through roles in digital marketing, social media strategy, copywriting, and community‑centered communications.
His professional journey includes creating over 40 visually engaging posters and authoring more than 10,000 words of high‑impact digital content as a Copywriting Fellow at The Society of St. Vincent de Paul, where his work supported nationwide initiatives and elevated the visibility of the “100 Days of Summer” campaign. Matthew also contributed to Northern Arizona University’s digital presence by crafting 80+ social media captions, launching new Instagram accounts, and using Adobe Brandwatch to manage communication with more than 30 points of contact.
Earlier experience at Coconino Community College strengthened his storytelling, research, and creative skills through student interviews, event marketing, and organizing awareness campaigns for Black History Month, Women's History Month, and Pride Month. His efforts helped generate high engagement across social platforms and contributed to major fundraising events including Palette to Palate.
He holds an Bachelor of Business Marketing from Arizona State University. His education includes certifications in Hootsuite, social listening, Google Digital Garage, and Google Ads measurement. Matthew’s achievements include winning Silver in ASU’s Lions in the Desert competition and membership in the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society.
