Long Bio
Sheila Miller Edwards is an assistant professor in the School of Mathematical and Natural Sciences in the New College of Interdisciplinary Art and Sciences. She does research in mathematical biology, set theory and philosophy. She is especially interested in the population dynamics of long-lived, migratory species such as leatherback sea turtles and in the development of novel modeling methods to address the challenges of modeling complex biological systems.
