Long Bio
Hello, thank you for reading!
Spell my name as (Ree-Yaa). I can speak fluently in nine languages but being a multi-lingual is a tough job. Duolingo is a great app! I keep forgetting words, and meanings, and sometimes even mix up languages. One day I will surely get better. :)
Living in the United States, I have realized the importance of having a compassionate approach towards the world. I was a very judgmental person with a blunt attitude but now when I see people being kind to me everywhere I go has influenced me to become a better human for both myself, and the world. Life makes much more sense when we are grateful for everything.
My interests include:
- Psychology: Understanding human behavior, particularly, the art of letting go
- Astronomy: Research, Exploration, Skywatching, and NASA
- History: Conflict of the Arabs in the Middle East
- Languages: Studying different cultures
- Conspiracy theories: Flat Earth, Mystery of MH370, and Bermuda Triangle
- Music: Turkish & Hindi songs, Intermediate Piano, and Singing
- Books: Life of Anne Frank, Novels of Sudha Murty, and 8 rules of love by Jay Shetty
- Films: Turkish horror, Hindi comedy, Documentaries, and SCI-FI.
- Food: Indian cuisine, Kimchi, French fries. Anything that is vegan.
- Places: Niagara Falls in U.S., Unity Statue in India, and Mount Kailash in Tibet
- Expertise: Have worked as an actress in Bollywood and completed a basic Indian classical music course. I can sing in 11 (mostly Indian regional) languages.
