Courtney Eisma is the Assistant Director of Operations for the Learning Engineering Institute at Arizona State University. She supports the institute’s day-to-day operations and strategic planning, ensuring smooth coordination across research and administrative functions. With a background spanning higher education, military, and industry. Courtney brings a systems-focused, people-centered approach to organizational effectiveness. She is particularly interested in process improvement, team development, and building scalable operational frameworks. Courtney also serves as the Events Team Manager on ASU’s Project Management Network Board, where she helps connect project management professionals across the university and fosters collaboration through shared resources, and best practices.
