Siamak Shirani Bidabadi is a lecturer in the College of Integrative Sciences and Arts. He holds a Ph.D., in Plant Biotechnology and Horticultural Sciences from University Putra Malaysia, MSc in Horticultural Sciences from University of Guilan and a bachelor's degree in Horticultural Sciences from Isfahan University of Technology. He completed a 2-year post-doctoral research fellowship at Michigan State University, Michigan. His journey in academia has been marked by a passionate pursuit of knowledge and a commitment to imparting that knowledge to the next generation. His research journey has revolved around the fascinating world of Sustainable Horticulture, Organic Horticulture, plant tissue culture, Plant Physiology under Stressful conditions and Medicinal plant production and he has always strived to bridge the gap between research and teaching in horticulture.
