Jarred Elias is a strategic Human Resources executive and Director of Human Resources at Arizona State University (ASU), where he leads HR initiatives that support more than 20,000 employees. With a strong focus on aligning HR strategies with ASU’s mission and institutional goals, he drives innovative workforce solutions that enhance employee engagement, operational efficiency, and organizational effectiveness.
With over 20 years of HR leadership experience and SHRM-SCP certification, Jarred specializes in strategic talent management, leadership development, workforce planning, employee engagement, and HR analytics. He also has deep expertise in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), cultural and workforce assessments, organizational transformation, and due diligence processes, ensuring seamless integration and business continuity.
A results-driven HR leader, Jarred is passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture, implementing data-driven HR strategies, and developing people-centered policies that support employee well-being and long-term institutional success.
