Long Bio
Liz Crampton is the managing shareholder of Crampton Law Firm, P.C. and practices transactional law in Arizona. Liz works with small businesses at every stage, from formation to exit. Liz advises business owners and management on a variety of legal matters, including contract negotiation and drafting, operations in compliance with various laws and asset protection and risk reduction strategies.
Liz achieved the highest score on the Arizona State Bar Exam in February 2001 and is an avid skier.
