Long Bio
Manikandan Sundararaman is a first-year graduate student in the Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering at Arizona State University. He is pursuing a Master of Science in Computer Science as a graduate student. Additionally, he has two years of professional Software Development experience, and has pursued Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science at Vellore Institute of Technology, Chennai, India.
Apart from academics and software development activities, his current research involves optimizing the prompt response of Diffusion Models for Text-to-Video and Image-to-Video models, and how the fusion of both of those can marginally improve accuracy. Also, he is currently exploring potential research opportunities in the Machine Learning domain, particularly Language Models, and Diffusion Models. Personally, he is passionate about studying and interpreting Hindu Vedic Literature, with a particular focus on deciphering complex Sanskrit texts. He is aiming in the long-term to bridge the gap between ancient wisdom and modern technical advancements, fostering a deeper appreciation and application of Hindu Vedic principles in our rapidly evolving society.
