Throughout his career, Phil has worked extensively with commercial banks, asset-based lenders, private credit funds, mezzanine investors, family offices, and institutional capital providers across a broad range of industries. He has closed well over 200 middle market transactions and has developed deep expertise in structuring and sourcing debt capital solutions for privately held companies, entrepreneurs, and private equity firms.
