Anna McMaster is an aspiring forensic pathologist currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences with a minor in Anthropology at Arizona State University. Driven by a profound commitment to medicolegal death investigation and public service, her career trajectory bridges rigorous biological sciences, biological anthropology, and extensive hands-on exposure to the professional forensic community.

Since 2018, Anna has maintained a consistent, active relationship with the International Association of Coroners and Medical Examiners (IACME). Serving as a volunteer intern for their annual conferences, she manages international guest coordination, registration, and event logistics while regularly participating in specialized seminars covering forensic pathology, medicolegal protocols, and investigative procedures. This long-standing connection has allowed her to build direct professional relationships with medical examiners, coroners, and law enforcement experts from around the world. Complementing this specialized focus, her public safety training through the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department (LVMPD) Dispatch Explorer program provided early, practical exposure to radio communications, report writing, and emergency procedures.

Alongside her forensic pursuits, Anna brings high-level administrative precision and operational adaptability developed through key positions across Arizona State University. In the Office of the COO and Executive Vice President, she coordinates complex executive priorities, conducts research initiatives, and supports strategic decision-making for university leadership, including Dr. Howard. Her additional experience managing high-volume international scholar operations and F-1 visa compliance at the International Students and Scholars Center (ISSC), as well as executing Division I equipment operations under strict NCAA and Big 12 regulations for Sun Devil Football, has honed her attention to detail, regulatory discipline, and ability to thrive under pressure.

By uniting biomedical science, biological anthropology, administrative acumen, and continuous engagement with international forensic leaders, Anna is focused on advancing to medical school and serving the medicolegal field at the intersection of medicine, law, and human identification.
