Long Bio
Aaron Hodge is a junior at Barrett, The Honors College, pursuing a B.S. in Accountancy and a B.A. in Financial Planning at the W. P. Carey School of Business. He holds a 4.00 GPA, has earned Dean's List honors four consecutive semesters, and is a recipient of the New American University Provost's Scholarship.
This past summer, Aaron worked as a Finance Intern with Marriott International at W London, where he reconciled international travel agency accounts, analyzed daily hotel revenue, and built the report that resolved a nine-invoice vendor billing dispute between the hotel and one of its vendors. The experience deepened something Aaron has carried since long before college: a genuine interest in understanding how and why numbers move, and using that understanding to help people make better decisions.
That drive traces back to Scouting, where Aaron earned the rank of Eagle Scout by planning, funding, and leading 32 volunteers to construct a new façade for a local nonprofit railroad park. On campus, he has served in leadership roles with the Leadership Excellence Association and the Business School Council, and currently works as a Business Operations Aide within ASU's School of Electrical, Computer, and Energy Engineering.
Aaron is working toward a career as a financial advisor, with hopes of one day starting his own financial planning firm.
