Tai Hooper is the Lead Counselor in the Employee Assistance Office at Arizona State University. She earned her Master of Science in Professional Counseling from Concordia University Wisconsin and became a Licensed Professional Counselor in 2015.
With more than 15 years of experience in mental health and human services, Tai has worked with youth, families, and adults in community-based and private practice settings, supporting individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, loss, and relationship and workplace challenges. She completed yoga teacher training through Breathe For Change in 2018 and values a holistic approach to well-being, incorporating mindfulness and wellness practices into her work.
