Tai Hooper serves as the Lead Employee Assistance Counselor for Employee Wellbeing and joined ASU after relocating from Wisconsin. Tai received her Master’s degree in Professional Counseling from Concordia University Wisconsin in 2013. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the states of Arizona and Wisconsin.
She has worked for over 15 years in the fields of mental health and human services, serving youth, families, and adults in a variety of community-based and private practice settings. She has experience supporting people that have experienced trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, loss, and challenges in relationships and the workplace. Tai completed a yoga teacher training with Breathe For Change in 2018 and shares her appreciation for holistic wellness practices with clients.
